E11 - Production Blogs

October 28, 2024   This week we held a meeting, and, in this meeting, we had a discussion on each other’s timeline and who it was the best for what reasons. Personally, I chose Leah's timeline as the best. It had everything needed in a neat and orderly fashion and it had a good colour scheme which allowed for people to read easily and it had all of the required for the document and more, in a lot of detail which tells anyone who is reading it, what they have to do, when they have to do it by and in what way they have to do it.   This meeting was led by Nils. He did a good job , but I feel like more communication between everyone would have been better for the meeting. The way he could do this is by picking out on people to give their opinions and then sparking a discussion from that. October 21, 2024   This week we started to do a timeline; we learnt that a timeline is really useful to keep yourself in time with the schedule that you have, it also allows you to gauge where you are at compared to the deadline you may or may not have. A timeline is crucial to make sure that everyone on the project keeps to their allotted time with what they have to do for the project. This means if anyone begins to drop behind in their work, they can see how far behind they are or in the opposite case see how far ahead they are if they are getting the assignments done early.   For organizational purposes a timeline is one of the best things you can use because it allows you to make sure you are on track and you know what you will have to do next and for when, this should allow you to have a better work flow because you are constantly working toward many minor goals which help you build up for the one big goal you are where working towards from the beginning.    For c...
